If you are using P2P softwares, make sure you have Peer Guardian installed.
Its to make sure that it will block out IPs of tracking companies and Govt servers.
The system is also capable of blocking advertising, spy ware, government and educational ranges, depending upon user preferences.
As you know... sharing isn't really sharing... hahaha..its err... stealing?
Currently Phoenix labs don't have the software for Vista yet so I'm going to wait for them.
